Rental Policies 

Key Lock box code access will be provided 3-4 days in advance of your stay.

 

Check In & Out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM (earlier check-in possible when unit is ready.

Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM.

Please return your key to the office door key drop before 11:00 AM.

Age requirements: 
At least one of the responsible overnight guests must be 21 years old or older with valid identification.

Pet Fee:

$50 Per stay (limit 2 pets) Please do not leave your pets unattended in the unit or in your vehicle onsite at any time. City leash laws must be obeyed, including on the property.

 

The Space:

We provide clean towels and linens for each guest's stay, but we do not have daily housekeeping nor provide clean towels daily. Please wash, dry, and put away all kitchenware used. Any dirty dishes left at checkout will result in a $50.00 cleaning fee charged.

This condo is equipped with salt, pepper & olive oil. We also have an adequate array of cooking pans, pots, bowls, casserole dishes, and utensils. Due to odors that stay around a long time, no cooking fresh seafood in the condo. We also offer a limited supply of beach towels, blankets, toys & chairs located on the deck by unit 101.

 

Parking: 

Overnight Guest parking is complimentary on site, 1 vehicle per unit rented is allowed.  Vehicles parked in the city parking lot after 11pm may be ticketed by the police. Please notify the office if you have a large truck to park. 

 

2-night minimum required on certain Holidays, Special Events, and during July and August . Great beach location at the quiet northern end of Seaside's famous Promenade, short 10-minute walk to downtown and it's restaurants, shopping, and attractions

Any Guest (including their pets) who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the Condo or furnishings within the Condo, shall be liable and charged for damages, including the Condo's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

 

No smoking or burning candles in the unit. 

 

The Tradewinds Condos is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

There is a propane BBQ and all the utensils you'll need to barbecue and a patio area with tables & chairs to dine outside, along with a covered smoking area onsite.

 

Out front is a beautiful landscaped lawn where you can enjoy our spectacular sunsets.  Campfires on the beach are allowed! Keep fires small, west of the vegetation line and extinguish with water not sand. (take a bucket)

Other things to note:

 

We provide complimentary bath soap bars, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, as well as complimentary coffee.
